- Free Shipping Nationwide: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping across Pakistan on all orders equal to or exceeding Rs. 3,000. Orders under Rs. 3,000 are charged a flat delivery fee at checkout.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days across major urban centers in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.). Remote towns may require 5 to 7 business days.
4. Pricing & Payment Methods

6. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal and intimate nature of undergarments, strict hygiene regulations apply to all returns and exchanges:

Bras & Outer Intimates: Eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Panties & Underwear Briefs: Strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances due to sanitary safety compliance.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of order delivery by contacting customer support on WhatsApp.
- Return shipping charges for size exchange requests are borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect dispatch.
